About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Insights Analyst. In this dynamic position, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives. You will also possess excellent presentation and narrative skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Develop and maintain high-impact deliverables that meet client needs and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and develop strategic solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Present findings to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Contribute to a collaborative analytics culture by sharing knowledge and best practices

Key qualifications include:

  • Presentation and narrative skills, offering recommendations rooted in behavioural trends and financial performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
  • Able to work independently and prioritise long-term value over short-term output
  • Proven experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative analytics culture
