Psychometrician and Assessment Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Psychometrician and Assessment Development Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics, regardless of prior experience in the field.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to develop assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being. You will analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations and integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment. You will also ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychological assessments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, and proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts is advantageous.
