Lead Generator - Global Drone Partner

Are you a proactive and results-driven professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an ambitious Lead Generator to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled individual to research, identify, and recruit drone operators from around the world. This role involves outreach, scheduling meetings, and conducting discovery calls to assess potential partners' experience and fit within our inspection framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Identify Potential Partners: Use your skills to research and identify potential drone partners through industry databases, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our drone partner program and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the experience, equipment, and availability of potential partners to qualify leads and move them forward in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain CRM System: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication with potential partners.
  • Schedule Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct discovery calls to explain our business model and partnership opportunities, gather insights into potential partners' capabilities, and identify high-potential candidates.
  • Build Relationships: Build long-term relationships with drone operators to foster engagement and retention, and work closely with our Operations Teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track Metrics: Track lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or recruitment.
  • Skills: Strong ability to research, identify, and connect with potential partners, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical interest in drone technology and AI-powered solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
