Senior Support Operations Manager

As a key member of our Support Operations team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Support Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional support services for our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-performing teams and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in case quality and manage own time effectively to ensure leadership duties are carried out while maintaining a reasonable volume of case work.
  • Proactively support users of our products, ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building customer relationships and managing high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years experience in a Technical Support team with strong leadership/supervisory skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
