Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized professional to support our leadership team remotely. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for executives.
  • Handle email management: draft, respond, and organize communications.
  • Provide regular updates on ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Ensure the CEO is reminded of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team on promotional campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials and assets.
Other Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and compile information for special projects.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and remote collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Naturally extroverted, resilient, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps).
  • A computer with Intel i3 processor, minimum 8GB RAM, high or SSD storage, Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 or higher.
  • Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone, a quiet workspace, and an uninterruptible power supply.
Education
  • A diploma from a four-year college education.
  • A valid government-issued identification.
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement reflecting the candidate's current address.
  • Consent to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
