As a Community Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to proactively support customers by engaging online and producing valuable self-service content.

Key duties include:

  • Acting as a Sophos Ambassador to build and develop the Sophos Community and provide an excellent online customer support experience
  • Deflecting support cases by proactively resolving customer queries on online platforms
  • Monitoring and expediting the escalation of user issues reported online
  • Amplifying urgent Sophos Support product advisories through social media
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Required skills include effective communication, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge of IT security concepts.

Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems are also essential.
