As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes managing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including:
  • Ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with local regulations and ensuring compliance

You will also be responsible for overseeing long-term rental property operations, including:

  • Tenant relations and communication
  • Lease pricing and negotiations
  • Property showings and viewings
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Regulatory compliance
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
