Real Estate Property Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the operational management of short- and long-term rental properties. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including financial reporting, property acquisitions, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports; conduct thorough financial analysis; ensure adherence to financial reporting standards.
- Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
- Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
- Stable internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and energy.
No prior experience is required for this position.
