  • Manages office records, files and documentation. Implementing systems for document storage, retrieval and organization to ensure efficient information management.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries, concerns and requests.

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Business related course
  • At least five (5) years of experience in office management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong time management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
