Job Description


As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Recruiting process, ensuring legislative compliance, and assisting in reviewing policies and procedures. You will also contribute to updating HR systems and records, as well as assist with recruitment lifecycle management, including both onshore and offshore recruitment. Additionally, you will coordinate processes such as annual performance reviews and support short- and long-term HR projects. Your responsibilities may include providing administration support to the Project Administrator and assisting with general administrative tasks.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR systems and software is essential, as well as a strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
