Job Overview
The position of Senior Merchant Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operational tasks and processes within our organization. This involves executing commercial rates setup and other operational tasks based on standard operating procedures (SOPs) with high accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand merchant-specific requirements and conduct checks accordingly.
  • Monitor issues and conduct daily quality control tasks.
  • Provide support for markets with accuracy and promptness.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams after conducting due diligence checks and following through with resolution.
  • Support testing and Q&A for new operations processes.

Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years experience in an Operations role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest SOPs and any updates or revisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiatives to clarify and understand changes and deviations of processes.
  • Good communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills, including proficiency in dashboards, MS Excel, and Gsheets functions for data processing and analysis.
  • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
