About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking an Energy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's legacy by ensuring compliance with energy efficiency standards for innovative building projects.

You will be responsible for preparing energy compliance reports (COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms) and coordinating with clients, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to ensure alignment with green building goals.

Your expertise will be essential in identifying, analyzing, and solving engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for innovative building projects.
  • Prepare energy compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and design teams.
  • Solve engineering problems.

Work Arrangements

This is a night shift position (12 AM–9 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday, with 5 days of work-from-home arrangement.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Energy Compliance Manager.
