We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in a dynamic and creative environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing high-converting ad creatives, preferably with a focus on performance marketing. They will be responsible for collaborating with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs, as well as applying performance data to continuously improve their creative output.

The successful candidate will be passionate about design and stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing. They will also support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports, and maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
