Role Overview

The role of a licensed psychologist or guidance counselor is pivotal in fostering psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental well-being within the workplace.

This position entails delivering one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group workshops, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized support to promote employee mental health and well-being;
  • Facilitating group sessions to enhance team dynamics and communication;
  • Providing crisis intervention and support services as needed;
  • Developing and implementing training programs to promote resilience and stress management;

We are seeking qualified professionals with a background in clinical counseling or psychology. The ideal candidate will possess a license to practice as a registered psychologist or guidance counselor, experience in trauma-informed care, and the ability to build trust, engage diverse teams, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling;
  • License to practice as a Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor;
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
