Job Opportunity: Mental Health Professional

Support employee well-being and mental health by delivering one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group sessions, providing timely support for urgent needs, and leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions to promote stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
  • Facilitate regular group sessions focusing on peer support in a safe environment to foster healthy working relationships and social connection.
  • Deliver training programs including onboarding, well-being, and resiliency training, as well as annual refresher courses.
  • Offer discreet and proactive intervention during daily floor walks, maintaining a professional, supportive, and timely response protocol.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in psychology is mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years' experience post-bachelor's degree in mental health, preferably in trauma counseling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
  • Must hold a valid and active license from the relevant regulatory body as a registered psychologist or guidance counselor.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
