Job Opportunity for Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced licensed psychologist or guidance counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical counseling or psychology, with a focus on trauma-informed care and resilience-building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individual and group sessions, as well as leading training programs focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management. They will also be expected to monitor and respond to direct communications from individuals, maintain accurate records, and contribute to regular team updates and meetings.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid and active license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC). You should also have a minimum of 3 years' experience post-bachelor's degree in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counselling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
