Key Responsibilities

- Support Services: Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging, escalations, and holistic interventions.
- Program Coordination: Work with the Mental Health team and stakeholders to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist with program-related requests.
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct regular check-ins and emergency handling to assess clients' mental and emotional well-being.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance current systems.
