Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Growth Manager Ortigas to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies

Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for expansion, developing targeted campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize ROI.

Optimize Acquisition Channels

Analyze and optimize our acquisition channels and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). This involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions.

Analyze Customer Journey and User Experience

Conduct thorough analysis of the customer journey and user experience to identify areas for improvement. This includes gathering feedback, analyzing data, and implementing changes to enhance the overall user experience.

Develop Retention Strategies

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates. This involves analyzing customer behavior, identifying patterns, and implementing targeted initiatives to retain customers.

Promote New Features and Enhancements

Develop marketing strategies to promote new features and enhancements to existing products or services. This includes creating engaging content, leveraging social media, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is essential.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms is also required. Additionally, creativity and a willingness to explore innovative marketing strategies are essential.

Travel and Work Setup

This position requires local travel to grow business and possesses a valid Professional Driver's License and own car. The working setup is onsite, from Mondays to Fridays.
