Job Description: Territory Manager

Overview

LX Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining the company's strong reputation in the field.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for conducting trade checks and store orientations for Warranty Specialists and sellers alike. This involves ensuring that our partners are aligned with our sales strategy and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's good reputation in the field.
  • Conducting trade checks and store orientations for Warranty Specialists and sellers alike.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Opening new retailers and dealer networks for fast expansion of the business.
  • Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Warranty Specialists.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years as a successful sales representative or sales coordinator, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in managing direct reports.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft office.
  • High integrity and ability to work under minimal supervision.
