About the Role

This leadership position involves shaping the architectural vision of our organization. As Head of Application Architecture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective application architecture strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a long-term plan for our application architecture, defining standards and guiding principles.
  • Technology Leadership: Make informed decisions on technology stacks and design approaches, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide our architecture team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in designing scalable systems and architectural governance.
  • Strong understanding of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
