Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to lead our architectural design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

The successful Architect will have the ability to interpret and translate client requirements into attractive and functional designs, utilizing their expertise in Revit and 3ds Max software.

The role involves collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility. Additionally, the Architect will conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
