HubSpot System Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and managing the entire GTM infrastructure, encompassing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields.
- Identify operational gaps and propose strategic solutions to fill them efficiently.
- Design and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts.
- Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire HubSpot system, ensuring seamless integrations with Webflow, ZoomInfo, UserPilot, BI tools, and other key platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in owning and managing HubSpot systems in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams.
