We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role.

About the Job

This is a full-time position responsible for providing end-user service desk support via phone, email, and chat.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incidents: Resolve technical issues within the ticketing system.
  • Perform Daily Follow-ups: Document daily interactions with end-users in the respective ticketing system.
  • Password and Username Support: Assist with resolving password and username problems.
  • Software Installation/Uninstallation: Perform approved software installations/uninstallations on devices.
  • Authentication Support: Provide multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN support.
  • Hardware Support: Offer remote hardware assistance for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, docking stations, printers, and accessories.
  • General Support: Provide assistance with general how-to inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a CompTIA A+ certification, experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory. Additionally, they should have 2-3 years of progressive experience in a technical support role with an MSP or call center IT support environment.
