Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our team's performance management initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention by fostering a positive work environment.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Lead quarterly and annual reviews of team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Cultivate a culture of recognition and reward, acknowledging outstanding contributions and achievements within the team.

  • Drive process excellence through the identification and implementation of best practices, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze KPI performance data, developing and executing plans to address any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

  • E nsure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Familiarity with Minitab, internet usage, email access, forecasting, scheduling, contact center management, risk management, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as knowledge in operations management methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Domain knowledge in the current line of business.
