Workforce Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee workforce planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels through forecast models.

  • Developing and implementing workforce strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilizing Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities.
  • Managing offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
  • Tracking account churn and working with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintaining a centralized database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Providing daily workforce health updates and coordinating staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.

The Workforce Strategist will report directly to the VP of Operations and/or COO, and will be responsible for delivering several key reports and metrics, including:

  • Active employee count (by job level).
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and high organization with exceptional attention to detail.
