Workforce Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Expert to join our workforce management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with operations, MIS, and real-time analysts on a weekly basis to ensure smooth scheduling and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with operations, MIS, and real-time analysts to develop and maintain accurate forecasts, schedules, and reports.
  • Provide sizing estimates for new or existing clients based on requirements provided by the Global Solutions Design team.
  • Align global workforce processes to engagements handled and monitored.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management.
  • Able to work independently and complete assigned special projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and technical understanding of Workforce Management principles and calculations (COPC).
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Workforce Analyst or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to schedule changes to meet operational demands.
  • Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
