Job Title: Area Marketing Head

Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts across various regions, creating engaging campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales. This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction
  • Determine effective marketing channels and mediums to reach target audiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Events Management
  • Conceptualize and execute large-scale events that showcase our brand's value proposition.
  • Analyze event performance and provide insights to optimize future events.
  • Advertising
  • Create and manage advertisements across various platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis to assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships
  • Negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders to amplify our brand's presence.
  • Maintain open communication with partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of marketing initiatives and results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management roles.
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Location:

  • Candidates must be willing to work at SM City North Edsa.
