Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to fill an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in sales, with the potential to progress to a high-income Account Executive role within 1 to 4 years.

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation of our sales pipeline and helping us expand our customer base. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, qualifying leads, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with the sales team, managing CRM systems, achieving sales metrics, conducting market research, and participating in ongoing sales training.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads by engaging with them to understand their needs and moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Pass qualified leads to Account Executives and support them in follow-up communication.
  • Manage CRM systems to maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects.
  • Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects.
  • A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems for sales outreach.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
