**Job Title:** Career in Customer Service

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.

This role is responsible for providing quality customer service to distributors by responding to phone or email requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints
  • Processing sales orders, quotes, and returns
  • Offering basic technical support and recommending products for customer applications
  • Communicating with internal sales personnel and the Customer Service Manager regarding customer sensitive issues
  • Meeting established departmental KPIs

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent manufacturing industry experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Product knowledge and industry experience with metal cutting tools is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
