Senior Business Analyst Job Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional seeking a challenging role in business analysis? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in analyzing complex business problems and developing solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients and technical resources to identify business needs and develop recommendations.
  • This is a full-time position, but we offer flexible work arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze client business requirements through various techniques and develop solutions to improve business processes.
  2. Design and implement business process improvements, leveraging industry best practices.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions.
  5. Contribute to the development of business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit assessments.
  6. Collaborate with the project management office to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  7. Provide guidance and training to junior analysts on business analysis methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering business analysis projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, Agile methodologies, and data analysis tools.
