Production Excellence Specialist

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across our operations. Take ownership of production standards, optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead improvement projects, and analyze data to identify productivity and quality issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing standards through time studies and audits
  • Support new product development by setting production parameters and conducting line trials
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma and Total Flow/Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues in productivity, quality, and layout
  • Update labor costs and scrap factors for financial planning
  • Create standardized procedures and training materials for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharma preferred)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, motion and time study, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Minitab, and Microsoft Office
  • Certified or trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams
