New Product Introduction, Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

Support Integrated Manufacturing in Process Development and Optimization

Process Documentation and Standards, Quality and Continuous Improvement

Equipment, tooling, training support and cross function coodination

Develop, implement, optimize processes for probecard, PCBA and mechanical

Collaborate with Business Unit for transfer of manufacturability, support prototype builds, validate process capability for new tools, materials and methods.

Respond to production issues, process-related yield loss and customer complaints

Support Equipment and tooling troubleshooting in coordination with Maintenance and QA.

1–3 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in semiconductor,

electronics, PCB, or mechanical manufacturing. Knowledge of manufacturing processes for probecards (alignment, plating, cleaning),

PCB fabrication (drilling, plating, imaging, surface finishing), and mechanical machining (CNC, jig & fixture design, GD&T).

Skilled in SPC, FMEA, DOE, and root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or IATF 16949 quality systems. Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
