Marketing Expertise - Digital Solutions

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced marketing expert to provide high-quality support to our virtual assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and developing resources to improve knowledge gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to virtual assistants via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in various marketing tools, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, and GoHighLevel
  • Assist with founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Develop how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or a related field
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following marketing tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
