Job Role

Mortgage support specialists will be hired by a client as full-time employees with an expectation of exclusivity. All roles are 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support debt advisory strategists in preparing evidence, data, and research for efficient delivery of work.
  • Set up workflows, prepare broker handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns.
  • Research market trends and regulatory changes; compile weekly intelligence and reports; coordinate valuations with lenders.
  • Manage timelines, follow-up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
  • Collaborate across teams and maintain reference databases for future use; ensure professional communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Mortgage industry knowledge including rates, products, and lending criteria for the Australian market.
  • Credit assessment proficiency including reports, scoring, and serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills including statements, tax returns, and complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance including NCCP and related standards.
  • Technical skills in platforms like Quickli, Broker Engine, advanced Excel, and strong research methodology.
  • Communication skills including professional written communication, cross-team collaboration, and presentation capabilities.
  • Work arrangement: remote via EOR; availability during core working hours.
