We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end process of adding new products to our e-commerce platform. As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for blending product management with light technical tasks to ensure products are accurately uploaded, efficiently maintained, and function seamlessly on our platform.

You will review product details, ensuring all necessary information is complete. Create unique product codes, clear product names, and detailed descriptions. Upload product data (e.g., names, descriptions, specifications, pricing) to our e-commerce platform. Adjust and optimize product images for web use, maintaining visual consistency. Implement minor coding updates or tweaks (e.g., adjustments to templates, adding custom fields or troubleshooting upload-related issues).

Collaborate with developers if more complex technical challenges arise. Work with team members to resolve any missing or unclear product details. Suggest and implement improvements to streamline the product upload process. Maintain organized records of product uploads, coding changes, and platform modifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Proficiency with tools like spreadsheets, databases, or product management systems.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for product pages preferred.
