Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels including email, phone, and other digital platforms.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a high level of empathy and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to pre- and post-sale customers via email, phone, and other digital channels
  • Manage large volumes of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with the client management team to develop and implement sales initiatives, contests, and promotions
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or BPO company
  • University/college degree is an asset, high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Good data entry skills, fast typing speed, computer savvy
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage
  • Basic Microsoft Excel experience
  • Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
