Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvement.

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of customer experience management and digital engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line direction to our CSRs, ensuring quality service is provided with every customer interaction.

  • Manage and supervise CSRs to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze data to measure production levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some post-secondary education or completion of a post-secondary degree in Business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
