At our BPO, we are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to support clients in a contact center. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should possess at least 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and billing.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
- Following company procedures and compliance guidelines.
