Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. The role is vital in helping the company achieve sales targets by providing efficient back-office and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor and update sales trackers, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Communicate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, accounting) to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and organize sales presentations, marketing materials, and product information.
  • Support sales representatives with scheduling client meetings and business activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of sales/CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to start immediately and work on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.93 per month
