About the Requirements

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries

Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures

Track inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems

Invoice and collect payments for service contracts

Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm, with a focus on e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Proficiency in accounting software and G Suite
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Effective written and verbal communication
