Financial Management Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the company's financial functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conducting thorough cash flow analysis to guarantee liquidity and financial stability.
  • Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives by contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records in accordance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, experience working with ERP and accounting systems, and a strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • QuickBooks proficiency is essential, while experience with Stride Retail (Odoo) is considered an added advantage.
