Job Title: Financial Records Expert

The position entails maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing timely financial information to management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and receivable, vendor setup and compliance, invoice processing, payments scheduling, and communication with internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Set up new vendors in the accounting system, collect and manage W-9 forms, reconcile vendor statements, and safeguard confidential company and vendor information.
  • Invoice Processing: Review invoices for proper documentation and approval, perform 3-way matching, ensure GL coding, and enter invoices into the system.
  • Payments & Scheduling: Maintain an accurate invoice payment schedule, track and manage all billings and payments, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Accounts Receivable: Accurately apply payments, verify deductions, retrieve remittance advice, and reconcile online sales and bank deposits.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and Empower/Paycom is desirable but not required.
