The right candidate will be responsible for leading new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during their first 60 to 90 days. This includes defining implementation programs, managing stakeholders, and delivering training to ensure successful adoption of our software. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, can communicate complex concepts clearly, and has excellent analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in customer-facing implementation, preferably in a SaaS company or a PEO/accounting firm where they worked directly with customers in an HR/payroll capacity. They should also have basic spreadsheet/database skills and the ability to quickly learn more. Payroll experience, especially with US payroll, is highly desirable.

You Will Lead New Client Onboarding

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading new client onboarding, which includes:

  • Defining implementation programs
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Delivering training to ensure successful adoption of our software

You Will Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of the onboarding process.

You Will Be Measured On Success Metrics

Your performance will be measured based on key success metrics, such as the number of successfully onboarded clients and customer satisfaction ratings.
