Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to support our growing workload across project programming, reviews, and reporting in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting services.
  • Analyze project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer and strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site experience in commercial construction will be desirable.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
