Operations Manager Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 6-week online program. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including setup and email automations in Kajabi, live call logistics, participant support, and asset updates.

This is not a support role, but rather a central operations role that requires strong organizational and technical skills. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience managing operations for online programs or courses, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Program Operations: Set up each cohort in Kajabi, manage weekly content drip and communications, handle participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Live Call Support & Group Coordination: Coordinate weekly group calls with health coaches, including planning format and flow, setting up Zoom links, sending reminders, managing recordings, and post-call uploads.
  • Video & Resource Management: Edit and update videos using Descript, make light updates to PDFs and workbooks in Canva, organize and maintain all assets in Google Drive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS)
  • Confident using Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, and Stripe
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Extremely organized, with proven ability to manage time-sensitive weekly workflows
