Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to support account growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Trucend's service offerings to effectively address client inquiries and propose relevant solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients, aligning Trucend's services to meet their business goals.
- Prepare and execute client proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to represent Trucend professionally and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account management activities in the CRM for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Manage and coordinate New Business Ventures initiatives, meetings, proposals, business opportunities, and partnerships.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts and qualify them for potential business opportunities.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of high school degree; a degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than one year of experience or fresh graduates.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

- Focus on acquiring potential clients for Trucend, scheduling, and doing pitch calls.
- Handle projects under set appointments for projects.
- Create a sales pipeline and lead forecast.
