Job Description

Venture Smarter is looking for a strategic and results-driven Market Growth Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our reach and driving sustainable business growth. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment while leading cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.

Location: Remote

Monthly Salary: $8,500

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth in new and existing markets.

Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Create and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs and emerging trends.

Collaborate with product and business development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demand.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a market growth, business development, or similar strategic role.

Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets.

Strong understanding of market research, data analytics, and customer segmentation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
