About the Role:
  • Review installation photos and job close-out documentation for quality assurance.
  • Evaluate design materials and verify sold production against physical installations.
  • Analyze solar monitoring sites, layouts, and registered products for compliance.
  • Provide clear kickback reasoning for rejected packages and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on install materials, methods, product trainings, and integration of new products.
  • Support best practices in installation, customer site profile creations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming chat or ticket systems for timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify trends or patterns with partners and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Participate in partner calls to drive education and best practices, improving M1 & M2 pass rates.
  • Conduct and document site inspections as required, accessing roofs and electrical equipment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience with interdepartmental collaboration.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in photovoltaic design and layout.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence third parties.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in standard business tools, such as G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Capacity to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods during site visits.
  • Awareness of field safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
