Support and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable individual to fill the role of Support and Quality Assurance Specialist. This position involves providing exceptional support to customers while ensuring the app maintains its high level of reliability.

  • This role is a hybrid of technical support and quality assurance, designed to ensure our customers receive excellent support.
  • You will spend your time helping resolve escalated customer issues, testing new features before release, and building automation that improves both our support and QA processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and previous experience in a consumer or business app environment.

They should be comfortable with on-device app testing (iOS/Android) and simulators/emulators, and have a strong problem-solving mindset – able to explore, reproduce, and explain complex app issues.

This is a full-time, mid-senior level position within the Information Technology department of our company.
