Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality software by developing and executing test plans, implementing automated testing, and collaborating with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, maintain and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
- Develop and execute automation test cases, analyzing results and reporting on key findings.
- Establish, implement and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, develop and deploy new automated tests and tools for the product's frontend, backend APIs and other services.
- Identify and mitigate product deficiencies, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire development life cycle, performing thorough and ad-hoc testing.
- Develop and evolve processes and best practices that ensure quality goals are consistently met.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in QA testing for web applications.
- Expertise in automation testing tools like Cypress or Selenium.
- Excellent knowledge of UX/UI testing principles and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Test Scenarios and Test Plans for software projects.
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of different types of testing methodologies such as white box and black box testing.
